To obtain a Republic of Congo ECTN certificate, you must provide a bill of lading, a commercial invoice, and a freight invoice (if the freight value is not included on the commercial invoice), or you can fill out the form yourself. The importer in the Republic of Congo must also issue a GUOT document with the TI-xxxxx code. SCK Representation is authorized to issue the Republic of Congo ECTN certificate and can guide you through the process. The certificate must be validated within 5 days of vessel departure to avoid a penalty fee.
