SCK Representation is the official agent for Chad’s Electronic Cargo Tracking Note (ECTN, also known as BESC) for shipments to and from Turkey, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the Americas. To obtain a BESC certificate for your shipment to Chad, you must provide a bill of lading, commercial invoice, and freight invoice (if the freight value is not included on the commercial invoice). Simply send PDF copies of these documents to us or fill out the form yourself to start the certification process. It usually takes a few days to receive approval, but allow up to a week for planning purposes. All cargo exported to or imported from Chad must have a BESC certificate, and shipments without one are subject to a 100% penalty fee.
